Our government apparently thinks that animals and women are pretty much the same thing.

argh, I don't even have to read the article before I rant . . . I heard about this on NPR last week . . . the best part was that they hired the vet, then proceeded to tell everyone that it never happened . . . sorry, too late for that little cover up . . . why must my country appear to want to make my life more miserable every day??? ; ) But I agree . . . horrifying, yes. And also kinda hillarious.
